3. MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier.

• Simply browse our catalogue here online, clicking on any items for further information and to add to the shopping basket.
• After you have finished your selections, click on "Shopping Basket " at the top of the website screen to view your items.
• Continue to the checkout. You will be required to create an account and will be asked for a few details that we need in order to process the order or if you are a Validated Paypal User you can use our Easy Checkout Button which will create an account for you.

4. METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payment via a number of forms so hopefully we'll have one that suits you:

• CASH: If you are collecting your order from us then you can use cash, we wouldn't recommend sending cash in the post to us.
  
  
• Cheque: Please send cheques to us using the address on our Contact Us page.
  
  
• PayPal allows you to use your Credit or Debit card to pay for your order. You will be taken to the PayPal website where you can either create a Paypal account or use an existing account to make payment. Once completed you will be returned to HoneyBee Toys website.

5. POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Almost all the items are held in stock, with the exception of Personalised Gifts, and will therefore be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared. Occasionally the item you want is out of stock and in most cases will be highlighted to you during checkout. We will contact you by email or telephone to advise you of an expected delivery date if we are out of stock. If you place an order which you need urgently please let us know and we will do everthing we can to help, we don't like letting people down.

6. RETURNS POLICY

Wherever possible we will endeavour to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the item purchased please contact us immediately and we will issue you with details of how to return the goods and refund your purchase .Unfortunately we CAN NOT refund the cost of any postage for returned items . The customer is liable for the original shipping cost and return postage when returning goods. Items purchased at a discounted rate will not be refunded at full price. All items purchased will be checked before dispatch to ensure that they are good condition, if when they arrive with you they are damaged in any way you must contact us immediately to insure that the cost of postage can be reclaimed from the courier and a replacement sent to you as soon as possible.

7. RECEIVING DELIVERIES

The customer must ensure that their house name or number is in clear view for the courier. And that there will be someone home to receive your ordered goods .If you are not available to accept a courier delivery, you are responsible for rearranging delivery with them. If the goods are returned to us by the couriers you will be charged for redelivery. Couriers may have difficulty with unusual or remote addresses please allow for this when ordering. Please do not order goods to be delivered whilst you are on holiday. If you request goods to be left on your door step or outside your house and they are stolen we will not accept any responsiblity for this loss. Goods damaged by couriers should be returned to us immediately. Notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange collection and redelivery at the cost of the courier.
