Postage & Packing

We charge a maximum of £4.75 per order for postage & packing, unless of course the product you are purchasing is inclusive of P&P which you will be made aware of either in the product title or within the product description.

For those smaller or lighter items we charge less for P&P as you would expect. You will be made aware of the cost for your order when you visit the shopping basket

These charges only apply to UK mainland and exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. If you require delivery to the excluded areas please contact us for a postal quotation before placing your order. In these circumstances we will need to know the items you require, quantities and your post code.

We do ship internationally, but please do get in touch so that we can give you a quotation before you place your order.

Returns

In the unlikely event that the goods you order become damaged during postage please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to arrange for a replacement.
If you wish to return any item which is not damaged or faulty please notify us before posting it back to us. Goods must be returned in re-saleable condition, in their original packing and at your expense. You will be refunded for returned items once we receive them from you and will refund you via the original payment method.

Delivery

Most items are held in stock and will therefore be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared. Occasionally the item you want is out of stock and this will be highlighted to you during checkout. If this occurs and you need the item urgently then please contact us and we can advice you of delivery times.

Personalised Gifts

All personalised gifts are made to order and usually take around a week for us to get them to you.
